Hi, I'm Sarah, a Physiotherapist dedicated to personalized care. After qualifying in 2017, I spent three impactful years specializing in respiratory physiotherapy at the NHS before launching Full Motion Physiotherapy during my maternity leave. Recently rebranded as Sarah Ayling Physiotherapy, I aim to provide a more personal touch to patient care.
Beyond my work, I'm passionate about staying active through running and weightlifting, emphasizing the importance of exercise in enhancing lifestyles. With a background in diverse patient care both in NHS and private settings, I find joy in assisting individuals, no matter their goals.
My focus is now on pelvic and women's health within physiotherapy, driven by a strong commitment to supporting women's often overlooked health needs. If you have questions about how I can help you, let's connect and explore the possibilities for your well-being.
I offer a range of services to help you recover and feel your best.
As a new patient, we'll start by thoroughly evaluating your
injury or condition. We'll begin by discussing your medical
history and the specifics of your condition to tailor our
approach.
Once we've gathered this information, we'll conduct a detailed
examination of your injury or condition. Together, we'll
collaboratively develop a treatment plan that suits your needs
and goals.
At the conclusion of the assessment, I'll provide you with a
diagnosis and a comprehensive explanation of your condition.
I'll also create a plan for your next steps, which may involve
follow-up treatment sessions or recommendations for self-care
exercises at home.
During your follow-up appointment, we'll review your progress
since your initial assessment or last visit. This discussion
covers the evolution of your injury or condition, reflecting on
your experiences following previous appointments, including
treatment outcomes, successes, and challenges encountered.
Moreover, I'll conduct a comprehensive re-evaluation of your
injury or condition, comparing it to your prior assessment. This
helps us measure the effectiveness of the interventions and
identify any improvements or regressions.
Drawing from our discussion and re-evaluation, we'll
collaboratively assess your treatment plan. Together, we'll
decide on potential adjustments to ensure it remains aligned
with your evolving needs and goals.
In an extended 45-minute follow-up session, we'll thoroughly
discuss your progress since the initial assessment or last
appointment, covering the current status of your injury or
condition, along with your experiences in following the
treatment plan.
We'll then conduct a detailed re-evaluation of your injury or
condition, comparing it to the prior assessment. This helps us
gauge the effectiveness of the interventions and track any
changes that have occurred.
Building on our discussion and re-evaluation, we'll
collaboratively review your treatment plan. We'll assess if
adjustments are needed to ensure it aligns with your evolving
needs and goals. This extended session provides the time for a
more personalized approach, allowing us to optimize your
progress and outcomes.
Physiotherapy services at the comfort of your home for those
encountering difficulties reaching a clinic. If traveling to a
clinic poses challenges for you or someone you know, I offer
convenient home visit appointments for initial assessments and
ongoing treatments.
This option is especially advantageous for functional
assessments and rehabilitation tailored to address challenges
within your home environment.
By conducting assessments in the familiar surroundings of your
home, I can better tailor rehabilitation strategies that

specific challenges you may face. This comprehensive approach
